the only reason i could think why they don't want to play Las Vegas is because of bad ticket sales from the Release tour. during the show, they were giving away tickets for free outside.

Wow I did'nt know that?

There are so many concerts and entertainment options in vegas, and it's mostly tourist, even though the local populaton is huge.

During the Nightlife tour I met many fans from out of town and state at Vegas, San Diego and L.A.

That's interesting, they're playing Radio City and not the Hammerstein Ballroom? That kind of sucks. I've been used to being able to seeing them in standing room only so you could get really close to the stage.

ah crap. that sucks.I also liked the hammerstein ballroom for the same reason.
I guess the old days of punching,kicking and biting my way to the front are over.

Saw them during the Performance tour in 91 at Radio City Music Hall.
Radio City Music Hall has a seating capacity of 5900 so they can do just one show instead of doing two at the Hammerstein Ballroom which has a maximum capacity of 3000.

it just seems wrong to sit in a seat during a PSB concert.

I totally agree! This also will make tickets more expensive now too.

For the odd trivia lover, they are playing the Orpheum in Minneapolis for the first time since the Performance tour. The back cover photo of PSB vs America was taken outside this venue....

ah,my brother was a musician on tour with the cats show they played there years ago,nice theater. we stopped at the mall of america while there also. beautiful little city.

Well looks like i am going to fly to L.A. for this one again. Wish they wold come to western Canada. At least it give me a good reason to go down there for a little holiday when it is cold up here.

I am surprised they are not going to vegas this time

If you come to L.A. you might as well hit S.F. as well?
