WOW... Ticket Master was HELPFUL!!! I jumpd on some Domino dancing tickets that came up (thinking they were 4th row) and I thought for sure there was NO WAY I was getting a refund...
...but I called anyway....
..on hold for 5 minutes....
...no issues. "All taken care of sir"
I'm shocked!

I sincerely *love* Disco 2 and listen to it straight through regularly.

I'm going to wait for the general sale to see what opens up, I'm sure the pre sale tickets are extremly limited. I keep getting seats at the back of the venue or that there are no seats available. Madonna's presale was awesome this time but it was through the fan club and she wanted her fans close. This pre sale obviously isn't coming from Pet Shop Boys or their fan club.

The D.C. presale tix were not all that great but even that being said it looks like all the ORCH ones have sold out. May try the gen'l sale tomorrow. Keep in mind many of those VIP, venue tix that were held back for the presale/general sale will be released later on - maybe a month before the show, maybe a week before, maybe just a day before, and that may be when the best tix are released through Ticketmaster.

Ugh, this is why I hate buying concert tickets sometimes. I always feel that I don't have as good a ticket as I could have gotten. It sucks the way they do ticket sales...my*devices wrote:The D.C. presale tix were not all that great but even that being said it looks like all the ORCH ones have sold out. Exactly!!!karmavore wrote:For all the money you pay these f[ck-wits (TM) the should be able to do it like Airline seating. That is, a little box for every seat on a map a you select the exact ones you want. How hard could that be!!??!!

The selection still wasn't that hot for orchestra or box seating. Did anyone get front row or close to it?
I ended up in the tier, section T row F, which is actually the first row in the section. It's still close to the stage, closer than if I had gone with orchestra seating, and I'm sitting with all my friends.
I'm going to try in a month or so to see if better tickets open up.

I'm rather satisfied with Row G... and my friends get row M... and ticketmaster even refunded my pre-sale tickets (row FF) but kept the service fees... so, ultimately, my tickets cost me about $20 more than they should have... but damnit... it's worth it... this show looks like it's shaping up to be more of shows past... and not anything like the disappointing Release tour.
