Steady radio play brings in decent PRS money, somewhere around the world West End Girls is still playing.
The tours haven't made much money, but the recent habit of playing festivals will bring the cash in. As will paying £3 to download a ringtone!
The property is valuable: Chris' flat was on the market for £850,000. Neil's London house is worth at least £2 million.
