Philippines Version of Concrete

Just received my copy of Concrete from CD Wow.

I was very surprised to see that it is made in the Philippines.

For Stefen the cat no on the back over is 00946 378585 2 3. CD1 is 00946 378586 2 2. CD 2 is 00946 378587 2 1. The back cover also says Not for re-sale in the EU.

Also, around the inner ring CD1 it says PD-S8168 EMI-CD0610140-01 8295 Pet Shop Boys / Concrete 1 (audio-DDPI) - CD2 is the same apart from saying Concrete 2. I have never seen the artist and album name on the inner ring of a cd before.

The bar code on the back cover is yellow - is this the same for the UK versions of Concrete?

No, the UK version has white barcode. I've seen a yellow barcode Concrete, it was a Hong-Kong release.

I got my CD Wow copy too today. Made In Malaysia. Woho! The booklet's two first pictures are the same: an image of the full orchestra and Neil in the bottom left, belting away. Misprint, or does the UK version have this as well? Hmm.. Actually, looking through all of it, I also see two tunnels and two stairwells. Looks rather cheap.

Sounds like a misprint. Mine only has one pic of the orchestra and tunnel, along with pics of stairs and what looks like the side of a building.

The Canadian version is out, and it has a yellow bar code as well.
