Flamboyant 5trk promo - two different sleeves?

Do the expert collectors recognize both of them as genuine EMI? Thanks.

Yeah but this is the remix promo, 2004. It exists for sure, but I'm confused with the possible existence of two - completely different - sleeves.

The one in the first pic is authentic, and roughly about 100 of these about. I was handed 5 of these. The 2nd is real fake. Go away fake twatto - bye bye!
