Everyone's bickering amongst each other, now correct me if i'm wrong there was none of this until he decided to post his thread...

Yeah but a bit of smutty banter is one thing, for it to be constant and in EVERY damn thread is over the top. Ive abided by StevePSBs request to remove my swear words from my signature, and am trying to keep this post clean at the moment, but if I can play by the forum rules then perhaps some other people could do it as well! Im not some sort of prude where im offended by the banter, but CMON people, what are you lot 16 yr old boys in the locker room? It gets old, it gets boring, and it really shows just how little of a life and education the ones who engage in it constantly have. And Dave is right, its hard to avoid it because its in EVERY post. How many times lately have I thought "hey this looks interesting" and started to read a thread only to lose interest and be irritated becauase all of a sudden I run into a lot of "smutty banter" that ruins the thread? And i know im not the only one. You lot keep this up and when there actually IS stuff to talk about with the Boys then no one is going to be around to 1) care or 2) discuss it because frankly its driving everyone decent away!

Some people might have noticed that little picture in the left hand top corner of every post. This is called an avatar. It helps us dyslectic to recognise who is posting. The human brain is great for memorizing pictures. You can even tell your brain to identify certain images with a "lower rate" posting. This helps you not to waste time reading.

Unless of course you are not able to control your curiosity.

Is it really so difficult? When I see a picture of Bigboy followed by Techno's avatar, I will know what the post is and I continue to the next post. Yes it is annoying to scroll, but I won't wast time by reading it. And the last thing I do is making it affect my mood. Blimey, it is only a post!

The problem is, that whilst this is supposed to be a forum and point of info/discussion regarding the PSB's, some people will insist on living their lives on here.

For the casual visitor/fan such as myself, the thread after thread of cliquey in-jokes banter becomes tiresome and dull in the extreme. It puts normal people off and leads to this place being nothing more than a talking shop for geeks and freaks with an increasingly weak grasp on reality.

See, the thing is, I am agreeing there with you Morgan, I was merely pointing out how I deal with the 'situation' and how it can easaly be avoided.

The forum will become stable again itself. If it is really such a great problem at the moment, get a moderator to go through the posts and remove what he or she considers to be OT and "crap" postings.

There has never been moderation on this board, toleration has always been high, and this is the result. Now we can keep complaining about it, but the only persons who can do something about it are moderators/admins, and one of them just left...! :wall: ;) You know *shrugs shoulders*...!

So moderate the main PSB forum. Get someone who is willing to keep an eye on it and hand out warnings, removing posts, etc... And not by using pm, because that obviously doens't work atm.

Having said that, the fact that we are fans and post here makes us all geeks and freaks anyway... Who in a sane mind spends time talking about the PetShopBoys...

Listen, thunderthighs, you generalised and said you don't like music by any black singers. I defied you to say whether every song every black artist I listed was shit.

And if you'd bothered to get an education you would have ben able to read in the post entitled Prejudices (now there's a clue :roll: ) that it was all about how certain countries are portrayed by others. Thunderthighs.
