Eric Prydz VS Pet Shop Boys ???

#1 Post by Actually »

With two stomping singles to date (not to mention one stomping video!!!) Eric Prydz has taken a new dimension in sampling classic hits to a very cool dance beat to practically making it his own production.
If Prydz had a chance to sample ANY of the Pet Shop Boys hits into one of his singles, what HIT would you recommend ?

"CALL ON ME for A PROPER EDUCATION"....Or EDUCATE yourself to the CALL ON ME Video!!!
I'm too weak to be strong

Something from Nightlife (I don't know what you want but I can't give it any more o NYC Boy) or Flamboyant, o why not the new single Integral

None, please.
BTW, I have not opened my Miracles 12" yet. How is the Prydz Remix? Same style like his earlier tracks mentioned above or cool?

Can You Forgive Her
I've been around the world for a number of reasons. I've seen it all the change of seasons, and I, my lord, may I say nothing?

If he does what he did with Pink Floyd then fine, should be good. :D

If he does what he did to Steve Winwood's song then I'll get very angry and no amount of women in the gym will placate me!

I have got the japanese edition of Miracles with the Prydz remix and I think that is almost a masterpiece for sure between the 5 ever best remix of PSB tracks. If you listen it once, you can stop anymore...

It reminds me of 'Situation' by Yazoo.

I wouldn't mind Prydz to remix a future PSB single, since I quite liked his take on Miracles. However, I'm not too keen on *any* dance artist sampling one line from a PSB song and repeating it a zillion times. I dislike Prydz' education track. It adds absolutely nothing.
