they have. its a disc with two sides. Dvd on one and Cd on the other.
Yeah, it's called Dualdisc and has a website: www.dualdisc.com although I'm not sure if the "Cubism" disc is a Dualdisc one, or is it?

Hmmm, OS say nothing about CD :(...

This is quite a common and succseful marketing ploy here in america.

They release a CD with bonus dvd, packaged as a double cd, and they release the dvd with bonus cd in a dvd case .... it basically means that the stores have to stock the item in both the cd racks and the dvd racks .... and presumably it bumps up the shipping numbers.
