Cicero-Pet shop Boys: advice needed!

#1 Post by tdr1973 »

I know dave cicero had records released on PSB label, spaghetti records, Heard a couple of tracks on youtube, sounded very good with PSB influence.

Did PSB produce the album?
Also is it any good, does anyone have it? Should i get it on ebay?

Think it is called Future Boy, 1992ish

cheers!

PSB produced only a few tracks on the album.

Items, including Cicero album and singles, released on Spaghetti, can be found here: http://www.psb-discography.com/discography.htm#spa

I wish they'd re-release the album.

That Loving Feeling, Love Is Everywhere, Heaven Must Have Sent You Back To Me, Then and My Middle Class Life are absolute PSB in essence. Pure bliss.

Buy Buy BUY !!!

I think it's a great album - definitely worth buying for PSB fans. It's a shame things only went downhill for Cicero from there.
It was a cough that carried him off. It was a coffin they carried him off in.

He was a bit ugly for a teen idol really, and his sound was a bit dated.

He wasn't ugly at all.....

I have the Heaven Must Have Sent You Back To Me PSB remix - that was his best work.

After reading this I went and had a look on iTunes. £5.49 for the album sounds a bargain or should I just pick the PSB songs?

I'd buy the whole album, as some of the non-PSB tracks are also very good.

Which video was it, that Chris produced ?
Interviewer:
-What would you tell someone about yourself if you wanted to impress them?

Chris:
-I´ve got a 12-inch plonker.
