Fundamental era weakest link - ROUND TWO

#1 Post by BlueSwan »

Unsurprisingly, the loathsome "Party Song" got the boot right out of the bat in round one with a solid 10 votes - well ahead of "In Private" in second spot. So is it "In Private"'s turn to get the boot? We'll see. Vote for one of the following:

Psychological
The Sodom And Gomorrah Show
I Made My Excuses And Left
Minimal
Numb
God Willing
Luna Park
Casanova In Hell
Im With Stupid
Twentieth Century
Indefinite Leave To Remain
Integral
Fugitive
In Private (w. Elton John)
Girls Don't Cry
The Resurrectionist
Blue On Blue
Bright Young Things

Voted off:
19. Party Song

My pick: In Private.

It's not that I hate it (except for the Tomcraft 7" mix, which is the single worst remix they've ever had done), it's just that they've ruined one of their classic songs, much like they did with the pathetic Barfly version of It's A Sin.

"In private", most of all bc of Elton John's involvement.

In Private for basically the same reasons that Blueswan gave. A mediocre treatment of a great song, one that was probably best left in the PSB vaults.
