I tried to get in but it refused my password just until a bit after midnight, when the show was over :(

How very dissapointing! I was going to complain about them just showing clips from the Cubism dvd, but they actually DID HAVE avatars on the stage, just that I couldn't see them! Damn!!

Oh well...at least they edited out the "Hello Mexico!" parts...maybe they fooled some non-fans to believe it was live

So were Neil and Chris actually controlling their own avatars?
It was a cough that carried him off. It was a coffin they carried him off in.

I heard about this, just Cubism being played. Not something to really look forward to.

Was it deliberate, or did it look like a glitch? He's lucky the guy wielding the sign with murderous intent from the first screenshot wasn't there!

From what I've read, this sounds a total pile of shit. I don't think I'll be going to Second Life any time soon.

I didn´t see that. The whole thing crashed so badly at the end. About 90% of us didn´t hear any sound at the end.
Anyway, here´s some pics from the concert; http://public.fotki.com/chrisfreak/secondfest/
try to put TSAGS video on Youtube.

So, do I understand that this " concert " was basically the Cubism DVD played with N&C avatars miming along?

Sounds like R-U-B-B-I-S-H.

I looked @ psb-freak's pix & # 16 made me laugh. Chris seems to have fallen asleep standing up !

To be fair -- I applaud N&C for this undertaking but I'm glad I didn't waste any time trying to attend.

Ohhh ..... Just out of curiousity: Did any Deer Teleport into the concert ?

yeah I kinda agree. I feel if one is going to tap into this virtual concert idea,it would be cool if in the spirit of the idea they actually set up and played.

I know there will besome degree of mock outrage by some who feel making them go thru the trouble of being in some studio somewhere playing thru their concert songs to no audience yet heard virtually is kinda a weird idea but they themselves agree'd to do it.

I think it technically should be no less annoying if they simply recorded a concert in one city and played and lip synced thru it on another citys concert.(although I'm sure that has happened in earlier days)

othwise dont call it a concert. just call it a second city jukebox player.
