Good news.
Also - any announcement re Disco 4 (yawn!) would not made until negotiations were complete, so if it is ready to go, they can now tell us the details!

I believe that the Pets last contract with Parlophone expired on the day Fundamental was released - 22 May 2006. Have they really been out of contract for over a year? I don't quite know how one explains Concrete if that is the case, however!
I am glad to see the Pets re-signed to Parlophone.

Very good news. I still want physical sales not just downloads, I can't put downloads on my CD shelf.

Parlo, would be silly to let go an act as distinguished as PSB from their stable. I dont think they are a loss making act to be dropped. PSB more or less produce their all music and I remember reading that they also self finance their albums and tours (though i might be mistaken)
Would love to know the terms of the contracts ? I mean whats their cut for every album sold and such ? Tours well, whatever is left after removing all production costs is generally in their bank accounts, isnt it ?

Welcome, excellent news. It's nice to see a label willing to hold onto an act that's been around for 20 years. That doesn't happen anymore.
Congrats N&C. Can't wait to see what the next 20 years bring.
I like it here ~~ wherever it is ...
