question about e mail

Who know what it is said at the beginning of e mail, when we hear the internet sound ?
it's eery but i think it's a voice and there must be a message

no he's talking about that distorted voice, most likely neils mixed down very low.he's saying something right at the very beggining. I cant make it out. I think its reversed also so its probably impossible to know unless they told us.

After playing around with Audacity sound editor this morning, there's definitely Neil saying something along the lines of "its massive around the room, i see you've passed it around the room..." but it's very difficult to make it out due to whatever has been applied to Neil's vocal.

There is something there and also right at the very end of the modem connection sound there is a little music too.

Possibly a random sample that they just included, in the same sense that the footsteps etc are on West End Girls.
