The Wikipedia page on homophobia is based upon several sources, including several dictionaries. I don't care about the opinion of Mark Simpson (nor is his sexual orientation) relevant for the value we should give to his opinion. I never said 'other gay people' are wrong. I just don't share Mark Simpson's view. I stick with the leading definition of homophobia; one you're obviously not willing to understand.pet shop boy wrote:wikipedia isnt a dictionary of the English language, deary me. No wonder you havn't understood me. And now you're saying Mark Simpson and other gay people are wrong too

No, I tried to point out that Mark Simpson's opinion about homophobia is nothing more than his opinion, NOT something we base our forum rules on.pet shop boy wrote:So you're telling us that you're creating your own dictionary definitions for this website via Wikipedia?
I'm not giving names, use your eyes. If I have broken forum rules, I'm sure a moderator will PM me about it. This didn't happen once during the past 4 years, though.pet shop boy wrote:Who's the "psychopats" wondering around this forum? Is this an insulting remark by you? Have you broken the rules?LOL, well it is VERY different from my workplace. At my workplace, we don't have psychopats wandering around
This is my final answer to you. From now on, I will only be responding to actual moderation issues, rather than theoretical discussions about the definition of homophobia. I stick to my opinion that you're free to leave this forum and find a forum with less rules. The PSB newsgroup is completely unmoderated and I already mentioned two alternative forums earlier in this topic.
