Zenit received the same, which means that about 18,000 tickets went to the neutrals, i.e., the UEFA freeloaders.
Zenit got 9 000 tickets. Scotish fans got almost the same but... there were 150 000 fans in Manchester from Glazgo and 10 000 from Saint-Petersburg.

One of our fans wwas attacked by Scotich fan. He attacked him with knife and our citizen is in hospital in Manchester.
to be fair, i heard from a 'nice' family that were there. the russians arrived at 7am intent on causing trouble.

anyway as the drink kicked in trouble brewed. put that many arseh0les in one place and yer gonna get trouble.

point i was making though was that as soon as rangers went behind the fans sat on their hands and accepted defeat instead of backing the team.

I would say they knew they were beat as they used all their luck in previous rounds, What was Walter thinking dropping Novo anyway, he scored two great goals the game before,

Rangers had one gameplan all tournament and that was to defend in every game and hopefully they would sneak a goal or win on pens. It worked, so it cannot be criticised. Similar to how Liverpool won the European Cup a few years ago. Problem was, when they went behind, they didn't know how to turn it around.

There were 13000 available to Zenit - http://www.uefa.com/competitions/uefacu ... 56806.html

UEFA freeloaders only got 7000, I stand corrected there, and 11000 were for general sale.

I hope the Zenit fan gets better soon. I believe it was 6 against 1. :(

Much the same as myself, I must admit. When Zenit scored, I knew it was over.
