Has anybody heard Ladytron's new album? I got it yesterday and on first listen it sounds pretty good. I really like the first single, Ghosts, though I wasn't very impressed with the remixes.
Love it! Best album I have heard in a long time.Deep Blue is brilliant, and has a slight PSB sound to it! I saw Ladytron live last month and they were great!

You are right, "Deep blue" is great. I also really like "I'm not scared" and "Runaway".
Most albums only have one or two good tracks and a lot of filler. However, this one I can play in full without skipping any tracks! The album has got generally great reviews, except for Q magazine who only gave it 2 out of 5 (!!)

I am loving "Ghosts" very much, been on repeat last 24 . Marvelous echos, a certain glam-rock gait. (Goldfrapp influence? A little oooh La?)
And that distinctive voice. I love Ladytron.
I liked Ladytron's first two albums, especially Light and Magic. They have lost their magic I think. I didn't like their last album, and the new one doesn't impress me much either. The songs are too similar and it's over-produced.

Have fun! The live version of Seventeen is AMAZING!
You are right, I saw them last night and the live version of Seventeen is amazing. They were great but unfortunately they played at a venue with terrible acoustics.
