Finally sorted out

Not without further problems of the hospitals doing which may lead to a legal letter landing on the chief execs desk but fortunately now on the road to recovery

Finally back.

Another problem (an infection, related to the problem in the post above) caused me to be in for a day longer than I expected. Still recovering from both the surgery and an infection that left me very feverish.

The chief exec is definitely hearing from me, but although others seem to think it's fair game I wouldn't feel like taking money off the NHS by suing them. I shall just write a letter personally and hope get an official apology out of them.

It's great to have a knee back after all these weeks. Just need to give it time to heal and the swelling to go down so that I can get it working properly again.
