I suggest: Pet Shop Boys - Augmented

I was thinking this would suit it if it's another very poppy, "up" sort of album (as it's with Xenomania) because augmented is a musical term that literally means "raised in pitch by a semitone." It also means "increased in number, amount or strength" and I think that is very fitting for PSB, especially as this is their tenth album and IMO their songwriting is getting stronger and stronger.

It also just occurred to me that to to augment (ie. go up a semitone) is exactly the technique PSB like using that they copied off SAW (in Being Boring at least anyway, not sure whether they've done it in anything else or not) where they modulate (change the key) up a semitone for the chorus! I'm not sure whether it would actually make sense to call that augmenting though...this is confusing, lol.

I've enjoyed reading this thread so far, some good (and hilarious) suggestions
