My favourites:

Charlie Chaplin:

Harrison Ford:

Liza Minnelli:

Jim Carrey:

etc... But they are the best ones. I also like Leonardo DiCaprio, Elijah Wood, Jennifer Love-Hewitt and stuff.

Both Robert De Niro and Al Pacino have this amazing tendency to move between absolute coldness and sheer madness. Pacino's acting shift is particularly impressive if you compare his icy Michael Corleone role on "Godfather" and his recent roles in stuff like "Heat" where he looks pretty much weary and near-hysterical. No wonder he's going to appear on a Salvador Dali biopic...Anyway, as great as they both are, I still think nothing can compare to Brando's incredible attitude at epic improvisation.

About actresses...well, I liked Nicole Kidman a lot, before she got rid of her nose

(the cat thing was a total Brando invention...Impressive).

He is truly awe-inspiring in that movie, and that particular scene does stand out. Pacino is one of my favorites as well. He was brilliant in "Scent of a Woman" as well. Speaking of awe-inspiring, scene-stealing stuff, this is Nicholson at his absolute peak:

"Unprofessional? Us? Sir. Might I with due respect remind you that Mister Vandemar and myself burned down the City of Troy? We brought the Black Plague to Flanders. We have assassinated a dozen kings, five popes, half a hundred heroes and two accredited gods. Our last commission before this was the torturing to death of an entire monastery in sixteenth century Tuscany. We are utterly professional." - Mr Croup

Well it's not easy to face Tom Cruise's atrocious acting. "Eyes wide shut" is in itself one of the worst movies I've ever watched but he makes it even worse.

The Evil Dead (1981) my best horror film of all time, what makes it so darn good is the amazing camera work and so dark and spooky and bloody to hell  Remember getting it out at a video store as a kid wanting to see it more and more, years after it was banned for a short time in UK

But did not stop my sweet side to, of films like...... The Wizard of Oz, It's a Wonderful Life and Lady and the Tramp.

How on earth did I forget to mention Johnny Depp?
He's so choosy about his roles, you're always guaranteed something a little different with him.
Apart from Pirates of the Caribbean 2 & 3 which where shite.

Johnny Depp showed his genius everytime he worked with Tim Burton: "Edward Scissorhands", "Ed Wood", "Sleepy Hollow"...
