You mean upload it somewhere so you can share it ?
I'm guessing you'll be uploading your own compositions (no copyrighted stuff) ? There isn't a facility to attach files to your posts as such, so your best option is to either upload it to a file sharing service such as rapidshare, youshare, mediafire, multiupload etc or onto some webspace your ISP has given you.

create a short piece on windows movie maker adding pics or images or anything but have your music on the audio line. once saved, upload to youtube and post links.

Youtube works fine. But be aware the quality will be lower in the audio when on the site.
