The so-called 7" mix can be re-created by editing down the full-length version. Really, it's no big deal.

funny cause this is like the same thing with West End Girls 1984 & Opportunities 1985, the original 7'' edits are really hard to get, everybody knows the ''Please'' versions

Just to add to that, the 1985 7" version of Opportunities shouldn't be too hard to find. It's on the Canadian 12", although it's not listed on the sleeve. While this is the same mix as the longer version on Further Listening, it can't be recreated by editing it down due to a very brief portion which is only on the 7" version (I think they added an extra effect to mask the edit where they took out the "party" sequence).

The video edit of Blue Monday is hard to find for good reason: the band didn't want it released. It was done only out of necessity as it's unlikely the video would have ever been broadcast at the full seven and a half minutes.
