I would have thought that Kesha was more like a Hip-Hop/Pop hybrid. She makes my blood run cold. poor little rich girl. Daddy is obviously an exec at some big record compnay. Ke$ha is the worst i've heard in a long time..she has such an annoying voice and just looks horrible in general!
I wouldnt even put her in the electro category, she's just hip hop/pop. Most chart music now seems to have an electro sound, thats just the way its gone. e.g. I think the Sugababes have drastically changed their sound to keep up to date.

I vote Gaga. She's the most interesting and I like her music the best, although LB is ok.

You've got this a bit wrong. That's what she SOUNDS like she is. But is that her biography? No. She's not the 16 year old she sounds like (born in 87). She worked on songs for an album, over 200 total for about 7 years. Are they all sophmore about sex? Yep. Might that not appeal to you? I know. But for what it is, I think it deserves respect. Her voice is a bit harsh, but then again, so are most artists I hear on the radio. Yes, she is rap/electro for upper middle class rich girls. True. But you can pigeonhole much rock and pop in that manner. Slippery When Wet by BJ is for friday night football games in 1986 with girls with perms behind the bleechers making out. Yet, You Give Love A Bad Name is still a good song. PSB themselves have said that pop is throwaway in nature. And Ke$ha is no doubt throwaway. Have you heard the album? Compare it to any cookie cutter pop album of the 90s (that is in a similar style to Very) such as Corona or Real McCoy or LaBouche. It's all filler on the albums. She at least doesn't have much filler.

All this said, I don't really enjoy her music all that much. But I think there is more to it than your comment.
