I keep my songs in files by era (such as Yes Era 2008-2010) and then by many smaller folders. If I save them in folders by single as mole is doing I'd never know where anything was.

I keep my songs in files by era (such as Yes Era 2008-2010) and then by many smaller folders. If I save them in folders by single as mole is doing I'd never know where anything was.

The purpose of this, was just to make some of the more obscure tracks on an additional CD single.

I mostly play my music on my PC. I have a folder called 'Digitalism' and within that, each folder is a single. Then I file each single's material there, taking remastered CD rip as the priority format, then CD/DVD, vinyl and download. Some I have remastered myself.
