Neil's hairstyle, named "Shearer's Island"

#1 Post by DJ Pat »

Neil Tennant's thinning style which suits him noicely I think now has an official name. "Shearer's Ialand" after the ex-Newcastle United players own thinning hairstyle at the age of only 35. It refers to a mound of hair fast separating itself in the miidle of the head and thinning quite noticably.

Stolen from the pages of Viz magazine.

I swear I saw a pic of Neil on a poster advertising anti bullying for the NHS when I went to the hospital today

I knew it had a name! I just couldn't remember it. I like his hair's thinning style, I think it is very interesting, especially at around the Bilingual era, when it had become completely grey, but the top of it was still attached to the sides, slightly.
