I'm pleased to announce the arrival of my 4th child into this world, my first son - Zack Alexander, who was born on Tuesday, 28th September at 4.38am, 7lb 12oz. Its a cliche to say it but mother and baby are both ok!

Hi all,

theres no need to give you advice as its your 4rth.technically you're qualified to write a how to book.
I remember stress filled nights when my daughter was born me and my girlfriend used to get up like every hour just make sure she was still breathing we were so worried about sudden infant death syndrome.
new parents freak out early on about stuff like that I realize now.anyways thats great news.
