What a greedy t*** to screw up his whole career for a bung. You've got to wonder about his loss to Davis now.

Every frame seems like it's gone on forever. They are both nervous as hell and playing in a way not to lose, rather than go out for the win. Still worth watching though.
As for Higgins, his explanation is not a good one. They were frightened it was the Russian mafia, so went along with it because they were scared for their lives

I hadn't realised that the meeting was at Stamford Bridge.Undertaker wrote:As for Higgins, his explanation is not a good one. They were frightened it was the Russian mafia, so went along with it because they were scared for their lives

lol
He even said he wanted to get out of Russia, yet he was in Kiev. More evidence next Sunday, apparently.

I had a feeling that Robertson would win it before he played the Nugget. Wish I'd put some money on him now.
His mum's pretty hot - Willie Thorne kept perving on her during the final.
Why the f*ck did they let that t*** Colin Murray present the Davis-Taylor programme? His voice makes me want to kill kittens. He's presenting MOTD2 next season too so I won't be watching that.

Ooh, just seen this, Undertaker.
That's my entertainment sorted for next weekend (even though it sounds a bit shit). Let's hope they can persuade Michaela to wear something suitable too.

Yeah i was going to go but it's a bit far for one or two days Snooker. The rules are barmy but it should be good fun. I love to see Jimmy play and was lucky to see him knock in a 147 and 146 earlier in the year versus the late Alex Higgins.Patrick Bateman wrote:Ooh, just seen this, Undertaker.

It's a good line up as well. No boring players but i don't think Snooker players are the brightest

Well I've watched five minutes and it looks godawful already. Michaela's not showing her cleavage, Ronnie tried to explain the rules but it was a bit like Wayne Rooney discussing the Theory of Relativity, and it's presented by ITV Sport goons like Matt Smith.
Maybe the snooker will be good though.....

The announcer at the very beginning couldn't even pronounce Snooker. It took him three tries.
The game is a lot better than the set up. I think it will be very popular in the Snooker Clubs. At least Carter and Selby got with the spirit a bit more.

I missed the second game because I nipped down to the bookie's. Yeah, it's alright. The lead changes hands pretty easily too. I just hope Michaela slips into something more comfortable for the semi-finals.

I hope you have put your money on Spurs getting stitched up later on. It's a banker. Especially as i've just seen that Mark Clattenberg is in charge.Patrick Bateman wrote:I missed the second game because I nipped down to the bookie's. Yeah, it's alright. Re: Snooker :- Match Fixing
I actually think you can beat them but I've heard that Bale might be rested today for Tuesday's game. How come you've got to play United away three days before Inter?
*edit* Ooh Holly is lovely.
To be fair though, I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed.
*double edit* Bale is playing. Seriously Undertaker I think you can do them today, notwithstanding pentalties and/or goals not being given despite hitting the back of the net.
