Is male circumcison multilation?

Certainly it's not as bad as female circumcision where the clitorus can be totally removed and such. And I personally find circumcised more aesthetically appealing. Yet, it seems a pretty strong argument that it's not quite acceptable. The Economist reports that in 2008 only 50 percent of boys (in the US I think) were getting circumcisions. When I was a youngster, almost all my classmates were circumcized. The reasons Americans started cutting the skin was NOT for health reasons but for Victorian prudish reasons. The health benefits seem minor. And, not to be too personal, but, I have to wonder myself if orgasm would be better if I was uncut. But children have no rights.
