You're a teacher; that's an inherently middle class profession.

Oh, you Brits and your obsession with social classes!! Sometimes I wonder how 45 years of Communism would have changed your country. Really.
What remains in time
that didn't fade away?

And some of our obsession with 'race'.

Btw stand by for a link to the daily mail. The metropolitan police have broke last years crime figures by foreign nationals. Top of the list are romanians. No doubt that three or four posters on here will extrapolate from this that all Romanians are criminals. I do not.

Communism, thats a good idea. You had stalinism/state capitalism not communism. However witj what u did have at least everyone had a home and a job

No, you're the only one obsessed with race. Where I see a scrounging unemployed bus driver, you see a black Muslim.

I don t see the connection . I had no experience of university in my family. My A level teacher apktred my talent for philosophy and social science and suggested that I apply there. I had necer heard of it. I also applied to Sussex, Westminster (poly) and had never heard of them either.

I work in an inner london fe college cos I want to work with working class and deprived kids. Bit like what I was. Unlike you im not an elitist, continually bemoaning the end of what is essentially bourgeois culture.

You are the chris de burgh of this forum lol.
