WAWA+s is the best by a mile. Armaggedon Turk Tear Gas Mix is a surprise second. JRMX's is the third best for me, a bit bland maybe. The rest just has nothing do with the original song, therefore it's shite (in my book).
Have a look at my taste in music:

That’s the thing about negative energy, about hatred. It can be positive. It throws into relief all the things you know you like. It tells you, by elimination, what you’re about. Sometimes you can only define yourself by what you hate. Hatred becomes an inspiration; it makes you think, “What I’m doing now I totally believe in, and I don’t care what other people say.” Guided by hatred, you don’t have to follow the herd. - Neil Tennant

JRMX for the win! Comparable in quality to the original.

(although I haven't heard the Armaggedon Turk Tear Gas Mix yet)

Obviously a digital only release! But we'll see, if there will come more (12" vinyl)!

There is a beat thrillez mix as well.

It's well known I don't like Vocal at all.

But I have found a fan mix of it I really like. And I can actually get into it's grove. It's actually the Vocal vocals and the music is a mix of The Way It Used To Be. And I think it works so well.

Hold your horses. Those outside the US/UK are still waiting for our Vocal remix cd to arrive to us. When we all have the disc, then the poll can be done.

This is a very funny article about two Turkish Dj's (Armageddon Turk) who remixed Vocal. The name of the remix is particularly interesting, Teargas Remix, which is named after the tear gas that the police violently used against Gezi protesters in Istanbul, Turkey because the dj's were affected from the tear gas invading the streets in Besiktas when they were remixing the song.

I am surprised that the PSB asked two Turkish DJs to remix their songs. More surprisingly, these very young DJs are in absolute love with Pet Shop Boys. They were probably hired due to the stillborn concert in Istanbul, which was very unfortunately cancelled because of security problems.

I have not listened to that remix (in fact this is the first time I heard about this remix and I only heard Stuart Price instrumental remix, which is fantastic) and I hope they did a good job.
