I'm ust interested. I use Logic on a Mac, however FL Studio have launched a beta for Mac too, which I am able to use too as I purchased it on my PC a couple of years ago.
I have a retro Yamaha CS1x and a MicroKorg. I tend to use plugins rather than the actual synth sounds, but do sometimes.
I have used Cubase in the past and Magix Music Maker.
I wondered what software (or hardware) everyone used?
Musicians, what music software do you use?

I LOVE cakewalk SONAR. about to buy SONAR X2 soon. its all about the plug-ins. lets face it, most of the software companys software works perfectly well recording wise. but I think where the interest is for alot of musicians for the various ones is plug-ins.
I have heard many rave about pro-tools and cubase.

I haven't done any music for a year or so, but I use Presonus Studio One, which is by far the most intuitive music software I've encountered.

Good to hear. I was thinking of upgrading to Logic X, but apparently people have said it's moved closer to Garageband. I had a play with it in the Apple store and was relatively unimpressed with what I saw.

I use Cubase and sometimes Reaper. Also use Sony Acid Pro from time to time. Very often when I do remixes. Really easy and fast to work with, but vst-support is a bit buggy.
