Classic Pop magazine

#1 Post by PoloPony »

Hey, I found out about this mag when the first issue was out with PSB on the cover, but never got around to getting it. Now that I've seen past issues had Blondie and Eurythmics on the cover I decided to get a subscription, because I've never seen it in Switzerland.
Any place where to get back issues? Do they sell back issues? Or do I have to go to eBay?
Thanks

You can get a few back issues here, but they don't have all of them sadly.

It's not bad at best. I've got a subscription. A lot of articles seem to be culled directly from Wikipedia or copied verbatim from previous historic interviews.

Thanks, looks like back issues are for UK only...
Oh no, really it's not good? Are there at least good pictures in good quality? Maybe I'm in time to cancel the sub? lol

I bought the issue with PSB on the front cover. It's a fine magazine for a bit of pop nostalgia, but I wouldn't want to subscribe. I mean, most of it is about stuff that happened 30 years ago.

I'm ok with that, I like living in the past ;)

Well, by all means, you should subscribe then. The one issue of the mag I have, I think I read every article in it, so I definitely enjoyed it for what it was.
