I don't care what race of religion you belong to, justice is the same for everybody, I disagree with you that here in Britain ethnic minorities get higher prison sentances, maybe the opposite is true in my opinion. I don't remember seeing any links suggesting otherwise but will have a look.

Why on earth would you think that I or anyone else in this thread disagree with that? Absolutely nobody has said that what happened in Rotherham was cool. Nobody. What people have objected to was you generalizing from that extreme case to being something general about muslims or something general about how we all fear critizing muslims.

I have zero fear critizising islam, infact I am decidedly antireligious and will gladly tell any religious nutter that they're off the deep end. What I won't do is spew hatred against particular groups in society, and yes by that I am especially talking about ethnic minorities given that they are already the victims of fairly largescale institutional racism. If some people take that to mean that you should refrain from reporting child abuse to the authorities then those people are seriously misguided.

OK, I have seen the story now and if it is true it is pretty bad and something needs to be done about it, however, on the opposite side of the scale is the fact that things like in Rotherham ALSO happen so as far as I can see you have two extremes, either people fearing reporting criminals because of their ethnicity or courts giving down too tough a sentance because of their ethnicity.

At the end of the day though, the things being spoken about were the most awful and sick abuse of children which was ignored and allowed to go on despite the authorities knowing due to etnicity and giving examples of offenders being given tougher sentances in general because of etnicity should never come into such a discussion as that is a different topic entirely (and of course is not a good or fair thing as anybody can see).

At the end of the day every crime is unique and it is very difficult to accurately say that one person is being treated more harshly than another but of course I get the basics of it all.

You amaze me, not a WORD on the events in Rotherham and alike but in it's place relentless links and opinions on how racist us white Brits apparently are and how the poor immigrants in this country have it sooooooo hard!

People are clearly not treated the same so, no, it is not difficult to see that one type of person is treated more harshly than another - the stats speak for themselves. As there are clear patterns of offending there are clear patterns of arrest, conviction and sentencing.

Still you have not said a WORD about Rotherham and all the other towns in Britain affected by the Muslim Peadophile gangs. Fear, denial, racism? I'd love to know your views on this. Or is it against leftie liberal rules to do such a thing? Tell me, how do you feel about the poor victims who were ignored due to people with views such as your own? Sorry for them? Or do they not count to you because they are White and mainly of British ethnicity?

The judicial system in the U.K is on it's knees whatever your skin colour is. Hardly anybody is punished accordingly anymore.

However, it seems more slack is given to certain religions and nationalities. For example ;- No way would we get away with preaching hate like some of these radical clerics have done.

On a side note and make of this what you will but I sent off for two CRB checks for two different drivers in August. A Morroccan and a white British. The Morroccans came back after two weeks. The British one came Monday. Six weeks after sending for it. Probably because too many people are scared to be branded racist or prejudiced. It's not good enough.

No surprise there. The real problem is that you are far from impartial when it comes to the things being discussed here, 1,400 poor victims in Rotherham ALONE and yet you don't show one bit of pity for these poor children at all. Your problem is a nationwide one though and people like yourself must be challenged on your attitude and the sick and disgusting events in Rotherham and alike can only help that.
