Delta Machine is around 6,000 copies behind SOTU after 4 weeks of release. That's not too bad at all actually.

OMD slumped from 12 to 54. Quite a drop considering it was their best first week sales for nearly 20 years.

It's really good for anyone who's been around for 3 decades.

I bought a tour ticket and looking forward to it.
Going home by feet will be very comfortable for a change.

^I'm hitting the Berlin show, it's better value than all the bollocks of an overpriced rubbish hotel in London, the risk of getting stabbed there, and the astronomical cost of travelling there.

I can get a cheap flight from nearby Exeter airport.

I love Germany in the winter, it's lovely and cold and snowy.

Strangely enough, at the Munsterland Halle show in Dec 2009, it started snowing as we exited the arena after we had just watched 'It doesn't often snow at Christmas'...then we took shelter at the Hot jazz Club.

Yeah, but nobody does the run-up to Christmas as well as the Germans.

You should try Britain for grey, wet and ugly, anyway.

Edit: and that's just the people etc.

The show in Nice on Saturday was amazing! One of the best shows I have seen in a long time!

Really cool to see them play Black Celebration, Higher Love, and Just Can't Get Enough. The stage videos for Heaven and Should Be Higher were really cool too; although, I'm not too keen of the backdrop for Enjoy the Silence

So this just popped up on Youtube. The demos for Delta Machine are apparently being held by someone in the fanbase and 45 second snippets were shared. The full versions have not leaked or been shared. Some very interesting versions, some arguably better than what ended up on the album.

Secret to the End, My Little Universe, Slow, Broken (though I love the album version), Should Be Higher...all are quite interesting in these incarnations.

Yep, completely agree. Gotta believe the full demos leak in the not too distant future.

Well. Here we are later down the line. Was really looking forward to Momento Mori after hearing Bizarre Love Tri….sorry, I mean Ghosts Again, but now I’ve heard The Cosmos Is Mine, my expectations have reverted back to “meh”.
