Webshop wont let me complete my order!! It says:

"We're sorry that your order could not be placed. This may have happened due to a high order volume or temporary connection errors. Please wait a few minutes and resubmit. Please be sure that you are including the address that is associated with your credit card billing. If you are still are unable to complete your order, please contact your credit card issuing bank."

Anyone with the same problem??
I only wanted something else to do but hang around

Never had any problems with ordering at the PSB store for so many years - until they changed the store front / processing system.
It really sucks....

With this release, I guess my wish for a singles box set will never be granted. I have waited so long for a box set and this release seems to tell me: "this is not going to happen anytime soon..."
So what I feel now is grief. I guess this is silly but that's the way I feel.
Disappointed once more,
Disillusioned encore...

Tried it a minute ago. Unfortunately no success. But thanks anyway for the hint
Sorry it didn't work for you. I sailed through the oder process and purchased the white vinyl. Curious if it will be shipped from US where I am located. The shipping cost was not expensive and I thought I had read theat it was being handled by Warner.

Still no exclusive content though. It's all material we already have, just packaged nicely.

Here's some pics.

I like how the vinyls, cassettes and CDs have pictures that correspond with the era for the tracks.

Who's preordering the ultimate bundle? It costs $675 Australian plus postage.
You'd have to smash your piggy bank to afford it.
Inner sleeves look nice, but the cover and discs arts rather look like a cheap Eurovision compilation. Very unPSB design. Maybe it would work if the cover was lenticular like Alternative.

Surprisingly the cassettes may have the most attractive design of the whole package.

I tried it with an account, than as guest, restart the laptop, three different browsers, even tried it with my smartphone – not a single chance.

Okay, now I know it's a Blu-ray of the videos, and some of the other videos not in this morning's listing are on the bonus disc, such as Invisible, that's a possible reason to buy it. The old DVDs look terrible on my 50" TV. Wonder how good some will look in HD? Suspect early ones many were only recorded on video stock rather than film. And will the retain the 4:3 ratio for most of them - probably I'd guess.

Smash as a title has shades of Super and Hotspot. A naff word which has returned to modern parlance with new meaning. It’s brash and in your face, as is the artwork, which seems to make more sense when you see the inner sleeves. I think it’s divisive here because it has little in common with the imperial phase packaging with all that lovely white space and I wonder if that might trip them up slightly. It’s the PSB catalogue, but it’s their 2023 presentation. It’s hard to conclude who it’s aimed at.

Looking at the track listing and reading thoughts here I am quite happy that PSB get to say what constitutes a single and doesn’t, rather than one of us lot. Although by my calculation there would have been space on CD 3 at least for another couple of tracks, so it’s a shame the likes of All around the world, Burning the heather or On social media didn’t get a run out. At least they now have Together and Christmas the right way round. And the blu-ray at looks pretty complete.

I think this is the first time we have seen both Parlophone and X2 material licensed and presented together which I think bodes well for those future reissues which we’d really like to see.

Comparing the content, I reckon CD 3 is at least as good as CD 2, which is no mean feat. CD 1 spans six years, CD 2 eleven years and CD 3 fourteen. I wonder if they will be around long enough to create enough singles to fill a fourth?

Disappointed by the name, font, and lack of any new/exclusive material.

Just forked out £256 on the white vinyl, cassette, CD/Bluray, and lenticular poster.
at rock bottom :wall:

well yes, like many here we're waiting/hoping for that definitive singles box set. Put it this way, if they delivered on that now ... then what would happen when the new album drops with yes .. more singles?

I think we're gonna need to be patient and only when the the boys call it a day ... we may get to see a truly definitive singles box set release.

Oh and even when that day comes, I fully expect a whole heap of grumbling about missing tracks, incorrect edits, typos, dodgy artwork etc - we're a hard bunch to please! 😁
you could say conventional ... and I could claim intentional

Well I think it’s smashing!

Reading the comments on here are laughable.

I bet some of you are a nightmare in restaurants…
Just for the sake of it, make sure you're always frowning. :|
It shows the world that you've got substance and depth.
