Today I received my order. When I placed the order on the web, in addition to paying for the order, I paid for the shipping and now when they come to deliver it, I had to pay customs fees!!!!!!.
It is an abuse. I remember that it happened to me last year too, but it really seems like an abuse to me.
It's crazy it's total order cost.

Yep - same thing here.
Now I have paid VAT twice...Once through the store (IOSS) and now to post Denmark (+absurd handling fee).
Just sent the receipt to the Store for refund. See below message from the store.
"We are aware that there are currently problems with IOSS and as a result you may be required to pay import duties upon delivery. Once you have paid the fee, please contact us via iossqueries@wmgcustomerservice.com with your order number and your receipt of the fee payment (e.g. proof of payment issued by your postal operator)."

I got mine today, Pittsburgh, PA. No extra customs, but the envelope was visibly opened, so obviously they checked what was in there.

How long after recieved e-mail confirmation that your store order has shipped you got your copy ?
