Will be a bit closer to the stage than I was at the o2 last year and looking forward to hearing paninaro again. I’m sure that those of you going are aware of the harry styled gig at Wembley Stadium and if you are getting a tube somewhere afterwards a big pile of patience is required.

Just a couple of hours before start time and torrential rain and a huge thunderstorm made a cancellation look likely, given Auditorium Parco Della Musica is open air. As I had flown out from the UK this was a worrying prospect. But thankfully the skies eventually cleared with just a small amount of rain persisting through the concert. New merchandise was debuted which others have flagged. I spotted the colourful lithograph, water bottle, black rain jacket and T-shirt. I expect we will see some of these new additions available through the official store soon. I thought there may also be some Smash themed items but that is not the case.

The Auditorium is a stunning venue. It was smaller than I had imagined and it actually felt like quite an intimate concert. The security team were asking everyone to stay seated downstairs, but come Opportunities there was a sudden rush to the barrier and I managed to secure a great spot.

This was the first return of the full Dreamworld show for 2023, so it was brilliant to hear tracks like Single-bilingual, Monkey business and What have I done to deserve this? again. I had actually forgotten some of the setlist. Paninaro was a highlight, with Italian voices shouting for it from early on - it got a great reaction. The visuals of Chris’s coat and glasses from the original video clip worked well.

Neil took a tumble during New York City boy but was back on his feet again quickly, lucky not to have hurt himself too badly. It was enough for him to reference it once the song was over. I’ve not known this happen before; it’s clearly a hazard of the job.

Saw the Electric tour here, fabulous venue. Didn’t know it was outside until I arrived!

Brilliant, I hadn’t realised they’d played there before.
Woof.

Is there actually any reliable information now as to whether the show is still being filmed for a bluray?
Maybe Wembley will be filmed tonight? 🤔
Great Chance..

Just back from Wembley Arena. Took my Dad, who hasn’t been to a gig for 20 years. He really enjoyed it.

Dreamworld continues to be fabulous. Neil is now quite avuncular, it feels like he’s gently amused by the audience. ‘Paninaro’ is a great addition, I was slightly sad to miss out on ‘You only tell me you love me when you’re drunk’ which appears to have been dropped.

They are sounding great. Seeing them live is still a very exciting experience and I still defy anyone who is complaining about them doing a hits show to come along and experience it.

Babel, the tune just before they come on, is thunderous.
Heaven is possible,
AFTER ALL.

Wembley tonight was amazing. The whole section was up and dancing (no choice though as we led the upstanding lol). Paninaro was fantastic. Chris was really giving it some. Talking of Chris; anyone know why he went off during Being Boring? He kept looking to the side, then walked off briefly waving as he did. Neil looked confused in a “where’s he gone?” way.

I think the problems Chris had during Being Boring was to do with the moving score on his screen that he reads from.

Great show, the sound was great, only downside is that Drunk has been dropped...

And I used to live in Paris for many years before moving to New York, and saw them many times in Paris, including during the Performance tour at Le Zénith. Happy memories!
The concert at the olympia was totally great. Fantastic atmosphere and really beautiful show.

I printed my tickets for the Brighton show today. I’m unable to attach a screenshot, but it says PSB plus “Special Guests”, doors open at 6:30.

Is this typical of the UK/European shows? Who are these “Special Guests”???

Always states special guests but there never is! Usually a mix by Pete Gleadall is played

It was a nice touch from Neil to dedicate Being Boring to Derek Jarman and he mentioned their first tour. That was almost 34 years ago and I was just as excited as I was then and each time I’ve seen them since. Chris probably went to the toilet during Being Boring. The sound quality was loud and crisp.

David and Matt enjoyed themselves
