How amazing getting a shoutout form the PSB !! Definetley Positive Role Models !
And another amazing podcast guys for episode 4 !
So if there was a 4th disc for SMASH, I would include the singles/promos that were missed:
1. How can you expect to be taken Seriously?
2. Hallo Spaceboy
3. In the Night
4. One More Chance
5. Fluorescent
6. The truck driver and his Mate
7. To Step Aside
8. Break 4 Love
9. London
10. Beautiful People
11. All Over the World
12. Axis
13. Invisible
14. Inner Sanctum
15. Undertow
16. Give Stupidity a Chance
17. On Social Media
18. What are we going to do about the rich?
19. Purple Zone
20. Burning the Heather
21. Integral
22. Love Life

Really enjoying the podcast! Please keep going.
Re: In Depth - a new fan podcast recorded by forum members
Thanks everyone, we really appreciate the support, from the forum particularly.
Amazingly, and obviously entirely due to yesterday’s unbelievable promotion via PSB’s own social channels, today we find ourselves at number one in the Apple music podcast and music commentary charts!
I know - “don’t look triumphant” / “enjoy it while it lasts”

very well deserved Chris and Graham!
Keep up the great work and hopefully you don't feel any extra pressure now!

You’ll have to do a Latin tinged podcast first that slightly underperforms in your estimation before “ver dumper”.Dog wrote: Thu 22 Jun 2023, 5:30 pmThe dumper beckons!PopKid78 wrote:Well done guys. Is this your Imperial Phase?

OMG! Good for you guys, that’s amazing. I haven’t been able to catch the latest episode as I’m on holiday in your neck of the woods, though I’ve enjoyed each one I have had the chance to listen to.

Wow what a week.
On Tuesday the podcast got an official ‘shout out’ from the main PSB social channels and on Thursday it was #1 in the UK Apple Podcasts Music and Music Commentary charts (and in a few other countries #AllOverTheWorld too!).
Thank you for everyone who has listened.
Episode 5 is out today and for anyone disappointed that we haven’t gone in depth enough - this is for you. We spend most of the podcast looking at the role that Behaviour, Release and Elysium play in pivoting the band back to their core sound. Along the way we discuss the changes in their visual presentation, the university tour and what might come next.
Don’t forget you can get additional content related to our conversations and a playlist of the songs we discuss on our Twitter account https://twitter.com/InDepthPSBPod.

Update - we are still #1 this morning too.

The mathematical joke at the start of episode five cracked me up! Has anyone ever told Chris (Dog) that he sounds like Bernard Sumner?

Bernard is from the other side of the Pennines - Yorkshiremen and Lancastrians don’t have a great track record of getting on!Woof.

Haha, I’m well aware of that (I have family in Stockport)! Anyway it was intended as a compliment. I think you have the same softly spoken quality Bernard has.Dog wrote: Fri 23 Jun 2023, 1:33 pmTallThinMan wrote:The mathematical joke at the start of episode five cracked me up!
