Has anyone else noticed the wording of: “the album is the duo’s first with producer James Ford.”

Is that how they’ve worded working with new producers in years prior? It implies they will work with him again…or maybe already have?

Actually chrome and ferrochrome cassettes sound much much better than one would think. I'd prefer them anytime over Apple's 256kbps AAC or similar from other digital vendors.

I have a huge collection of stuff that's only been available on cassette, so droping that format wasn't ever a question for me...

Yes, I noticed that. It stands to reason they might have more songs in the can after such a long break.

Super-excited for 2024!

There's quite a lot of wordplay and symmetry in these album and EP titles.

Nonetheless, furthermore
None/Less, Further/More
noneTHEless, furTHErmore

Nonethel ESS
LonelinESS
HappinESS

I'm a bit OCD with words, but maybe there's something intentional about it all

(oh and if you say it all backwards it's the manifesto of Satan, naturally)

Great news, but stil that sh*tty UK official Warner store only for the Deluxe LP :(

If the CD single is available from normal stores, I will order the grey or transparant vinyl, the 2CD and the CDS from jpc or amazon as I really want to bypass the nightmare of the official store this time.

The long-waited return of the 2CD limited edition album version!
'Hotspot' had a limited edition 2CD in 2020...

I wondered if this might have originally been intended as an EP to accompany 'Annually'.

“We wanted this album to be a celebration of the unique and diverse emotions that make us human”
"Its 10 tracks are the strongest indicators of where we are today. Like much of our music it’s very reflective"

I wonder what this amounts to? Originally I thought the album was to be somewhat retrospective, a look back. But maybe they have a different angle. And who is we in "where we are today"? Are they holding a mirror to us? Or themselves? A bit of both I imagine.
