Do we know by now how many copies were printed of each version (vinyl, orange+yellow cd)?
It seems strange they had marketed the vinyl version as being a limited edition but (at least here in Germany and on the online stores I frequent) that vinyl is all over the place whereas the CD isn't...

P.S.: I haven't received my VAT refund yet either and the folks at Warner store reacted very pissy when I forwarded them custom's info that this repeating tax situation was 100% solely caused by the sender (PSB shop/Warner).
All they'd need to do was
1.: write "VAT included" instead of "VAT included where applicable" on the Pet Shop Boys Online Store's order history page
2.: write "VAT already paid" on the outside of the parcel
3.: include an invoice with tax shown (and not only a delivery bill) inside the shipment

I received my refund 2 weeks ago, after I fiest received an email stating rhat I was not entitled a refund as they could see the item was not lost, but delivered at date x

I immediately replied that this was not the issue, but that I was entitled a refund for the VAT and custom fees because of their IOSS mess up. I then received a prompt reply stating that the €13,50 was refunded through PayPal, which was indeed the case.

Wow, lucky you! My current history with them (not for the first time) dates back to November 11th, and since then I have received EIGHT replies, the last seven all basically being the same collection of prefabricated text modules, example:
Hello,

I can confirm that your request and details are with our finance team and once resolved, I will make sure that someone from the team does get back in touch with you.

Of course no progress since that email, will write again today and 100% sure will be receiving another robot text back.

I experienced a very long delay with the Annually VAT refund. Maybe because I am in their system now, things went quicker? :D

Might be but still cannot see how simply adding me to a possible VAT refunds database can delay my case so much significantly longer that for instance yours...

It's obvious that the Official Store is a mess. I sent them multiple emails, maybe that helped?

I was also very surprised that I got my Relentless-VAT refund "already" after 2 months (compared to the 8 months it took to refund the Annually-VAT).

It's also the reason I still haven't ordered the Nonetheless Deluxe LP + Bonus 12" from the official store. As much as I would like to own that release, the exact thing will happen with the VAT and customs fees, long shipping duration, and tracking only until the UK border (which is then sold as 'tracked shipping'). And its price is already hefty as it is (over €50 incl shipping).

I think I will just buy the 2CD and the transparant vinyl 1LP from my local record store. I'd rather support them, than this annoying PSB store.

Sad to see that Amazon UK also increased its shipping cost to Europe to £ 10.99 per order + £ 0.99 per kg (it used to be £3 per shipment until a few days ago). The British isles are further isolating themselves unfortunately... good for them. Luckily I ordered the Loneliness CDS from Amazon UK before they increased their P&P cost.
