My God how I despise them. Every concert I want tickets for it's a nightmare to buy anything. I don't know how, but someone needs to break their monopoly and provide a sensible ticket purchasing service. I'd sooner queue up at the venue box office than waste my time with them. :grumble:
It wasn't on Ticketmaster but through the offical Royal Opera House site
Fair enough - they're probably not set up to handle the traffic. Wont stop me despising Ticketmaster though lol

If you klick the tickets button on the tour section on the official site, you are landing at the store

Well, after saying I wouldn't be bothering this time round, my FOMO got the better of me. However what an absolute cluster f#ck, that was. On a positive note, with most if not all tickets already being sold to those that pre-ordered the new album, I assume it means there won't be many in the hands of the touts and eBay sharks..

If you are trying on 2 devices, the Queue software that the Opera House uses will identify you as a "BOT" (two devices on the same connection trying to access the sale) which may be why many of you got kicked out; it will filter you out.

Just a tip for future - use one device on one connection. Dont be tempted to use multiple devices when it comes to getting tickets as the software will flag you as a bot.

Simply can’t believe they are that popular and hoping they are holding back tickets for the main sale.

They've put another 20 or so up for each night - if youre quick you'll get one, they've been there for 15 mins so far and still available.

The Mosh pit standing option never seems to be available...

Just checked - still some available for the first few dates, obviously the Saturday is the most popular , none left for that now but they've added a lot more seats

Try clicking on the R to get an image of what the view from that seat will look like. Not all of these are that bad.

Plus @raggatwin, don't forget more seats on general sale this Friday
you could say conventional ... and I could claim intentional

Desperately wanted Mosh Pit tickets after lucking out with one re-sale standing ticket at the Brighton Gig last year - being that close was just so amazing. Now £750 quid lighter (going over several nights), have bagged some central stalls.

The view is described as restricted - but, I cant see anyone, especially downstairs in the stalls wanting to stay seated for this - surely the fact the Mosh Pit is going to block the view anyway, we're all going to be up on our feet, right?
