Did anyone manage to order the limited signed copy of Nonetheless from HMV?
I think I ordered one and got the confirmation email .. but I have not seen the transaction hit my credit card statement. So wondering if I'll be charged nearer the time or if my order didn't actually complete for some reason.
you could say conventional ... and I could claim intentional

HMV sometimes charge immediately and sometimes just authorise and then charge at despatch. I was charged for it as I used my Monzo card which always takes immediately for me, and I haven't been for a vinyl copy I ordered weeks ago.
"Grauniad"? is his just a badly misspelled Guardian? From this side of the ocean the Guardian is a breath of fresh air, especially in its Arts coverage.
Ill be happy to pay for the livestream and join in the celebration of my favorite band.

It’s a long-running joke to call The Guardian newspaper “The Grauniad” because it used to be notorious for having spelling mistakes in its articles.

Anyone been to a similar event?
Wondering what will happen when the album is played back - will we have visuals, lights down low, Neil and Chris providing intros to each track ...
I'm dreaming of course and suspect it won't be any of those things ... and the boys won't even be on stage till the interview itself.
Be fun to have a playthrough and then chat about each track before and after with them, but I guess that defeats the purpose of the chat after.
Agree though, N&C will probably be waiting for the playthrough to be done before appearing. I wouldn't want to see the audience live reaction to my new work either.

I went to the one for Yes at the ICA. They played the album through, with a graphic with the song titles projected on a screen, then Neil and Chris and an interviewer came on stage after.
