Don't know if anyone's noticed the kind of similarity in the name of this doc and the doc that the BBC showed way back in 1987 about them which was called That Was Then, This Is Now.

Friday is PSB night on BBC4. The imagine doc is repeated along with last years "Reel Stories", The 2019 Hyde Park gig and "Pet Shop Boys at the BBC" - which I suspect will be the track listing of the dvd from "Ultimate".

It's probably the same broadcast as a few years ago on BBC2 (the same evening as Reel Stories), which has different tracks than the Ultimate DVD. There's much overlap though.

Yep, that was my first thought! Although I believe it was 1988 because it featured the ‘Heart’ single.
