After the glowing Koko reviews I might revise my thinking about seeing PSB Dreamworld tour in Canada if they return to North America. The only proviso is they need to add/retain those new Nonetheless tracks and keep Paninaro in as well.

It frustrates me that they seem to tailor their setlists to the perceived audience in that locale, so in Toronto I think there's a perception people are just there for the "classics". I think they need to be bolder and realise there are hardcore Petheads everywhere who want to hear some deeper cuts.

I want a b-sides only tour now in 750-1000 seat venues. Don't expect frills, bells and whistles, do think there would be demand.
And at the end/ Your funny Uncle staring / At all your friends / With military bearing

Wow, now I'm annoyed I didn't see this at the cinema. Way better than I gave it credit for. Ho hum!

By the way, what's with Chris and Paninaro? He plays really coy about it. I think he secretly enjoys doing it live, because I don't think, if he was genuinely embarrassed about it, any amount of arm twisting would get him doing that on stage.

Petition for another rendering of "We all feel better in the dark", or "One of the Crowd" anyone? Maybe we can tease him out of his shell a bit more...

Chris dancing in his pants once more would justify the lift in ticket prices, for sure.

Love Comes Quickly  one of my favourite parts of the show.

I got to go to 4 screenings of Dreamworld in Santiago (they were played in different cinemas at different times, the logistics were fun haha)
One of my friends asked me is it really necessary you go more than once?, I replied if something makes you happy, don't you want to do it as many times as possible? :eh:
Give me hope, keep me sane.

So they've scrapped Monkey Business in favour of Nonetheless singles, but I notice they've included a sample from it.
The screaming monkey sound. It's mashed up into the transition from Domino Dancing to Dancing Star then through the latter.
Why?
In my opinion, it sounds bad and Stu Price messed up here.
Get rid of those sounds. It doesn't fit the groovy early 80's throwback style of Dancing Star, or in my opinion literally anything to do with either Domino Dancing or Dancing Star or the setlist. Just sounds bad.
I guess yes it is a nod to Monkey Business, but that has nothing to do with the Greatest Hits tour. That song was only included in previous years because it was a new song.
It's not a new song, it's not a greatest hit, the sample doesn't sound good, the sample doesn't mesh well with Dancing Star.

Why during the chorus...

They've spoken to the Belfast Telegraph about the upcoming date but it's behind a paywall. I'll try and pick a copy up in the shop tonight.

Zoe Ball making the announcement tomorrow morning on her show, with a play of A new bohemia so I’ve been informed.

Interesting:
“We wrote a song we thought would be good for Eurovision once but the people who organised the competition changed hands and nothing was done about it.”

I don't think zero points on Eurovision is what Pet Shop Boys need.
