I've been threatening to drag my mate to Blackpool after the Clacton pilgrimage so this is a good excuse to try and get tickets, at least he's off the hook for Margate. For now.

They should do a live version of Party in the blitz but change it to Party in the park

Interesting idea. Wonder if there is anything about Neil in North Shields or Newcastle. Should have some spare time when I'm there in September

My friend is from the same area so that's on the list too! There's a few old haunts you could visit for sure.

Parking near the Uni should be available on a Sunday. Victoria Car Park is about 10-15 mins walk. Town centre parking plentiful but that's probably double the distance.
