No, the song is about being conflicted by an overriding sense of duty and loyalty to protect a position of power because that is what the job is; yet hating personally the very person being protected. There was a peace deal agreed shortly after the start of the war, Ukrainian neutrality is the main objective for the Russians. However, Zelenskyy changed his mind after Boris Johnson’s visit. If you don’t know about the Monroe Doctrine, 1812, 1941, 1962 and Nato expansion, then you should read up about these important geopolitical events.

Your message is deeply concerning to the children of this World. Firstly, we live in a democracy and I haven’t been rude to anyone. Secondly, many political experts, politicians and academics share these views. The World is not just the Western opinion.

Most importantly the doomsday clock is 90 seconds to midnight, so having some dialogue and respect between nations is not a bad idea, otherwise we sleep walk into WW3.
