Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see that chapter 2 of season 2 of this series begins with this song.

It's great news that they include more and more Pet Shop Boys songs in series and movies.

Feel somewhat responsible, after recommending they cover it and I'm sure Neil reads my every word.

Yet their version always seemed unnecessary to me, given the Bee Gees did such a stellar job with it originally.

But now I listen again it strikes me as very light and approachable. I can see why a production would choose this version. Their mix and Neils vocal are a breezy vibe. (and probably cheaper to buy the rights to!)

I really like the boys version, but then I hadn't heard the original before theirs, so that always makes a difference when listening to a cover version.

Right. I also had to remember episodes from last season. I think the series is very original and the music is very good. Not just because it includes PSB.

Don't worry. I had the same experience. In the last two episodes of season 1 everything starts to make sense and that's when the script really gets you hooked. At first it's slow and seems confusing, but it makes sense. The first episode of season 2 starts off a bit disconcerting, but I think it's done that way on purpose and by the end of that episode everything is clear. From there it gets even more interesting. Certainly recommended for Halloween

I really like this show and settled down to watch season 2 on Amazon prime and was delighted to hear in episode 2 pet shop boys cover of I started a joke playing! The boys are everywhere this year
