Just seen a trailer for this and it had the 12”mix of Always On My Mind featured heavily. I wonder if this is the tv programme that Angela spoke about last year?

The trailer has been on Channel 4 a few times but I can't find anything online. I think it's actually called Brian and Maggie and it's a dramatisation of the interview between journalist Brian Walden and Margaret Thatcher.

I doubt a PSB track being used the in the trailer for a TV drama was what Angela was talking about at all.

My apologies that I got the name of the programme wrong. It hasn’t appeared on YouTube or channel 4 online and I was half asleep during something and soon woke up when I heard Always On My Mind.

Thinking about it would Neil really want their music being involved in a programme about Margaret Thatcher?

Then again who would have thought we would have heard left to my own devices on an advert for broadband and perhaps the money being offered nowadays is too good to
turn down.

I kinda think... yes! It's good exposure, and of the period. I'm sure the programme will have lots of criticism of her, but I bet it ends with endearing wistfulness.

I wouldn't worry too much - it looks like it only very recently underwent a name change from Margaret to Maggie.

Perhaps they can manage to work in a vignette about insider trading and privatization and actually put "S.H.O.PP.I.N.G" to appropriate use for once!

Don't think much of the casting so far. Harriet Walter looks nothing like Maggie (that wig is doing ALL the work) and Brian Walden should have been played by Richard E. Grant.
