The ones I have are:
Sep 1986 - transcription in txt format
Feb 1987 - scan (thanks to Pod for this!)
Jun 1987 - scan (thanks to Pod for this!)

and a scan of a page where two questions are answered, which is not dated. Probably feb 1986. Thanks to Agent Doris for this one.
