I think Gabby is after the 4 album cover bag charm.

To my mind, the Since 1984 tote bag (which I bought to store my stash because they'd run out of free Obscure totes) isn't particularly good value for the price. Nice, but no better than totes that I've paid considerably less for.

Bumping from the Annually thread:

Looking to buy about 165 quid's woth of merch, including Annually.

My guess (despite being in Canada, but shipping is kind if my job, lol!) is yes, you're going to get dinged with duties, especially on clothing.

Sometimes it feels like a lottery. For RSD I ordered stuff from all over. Some got charged duty, some did not. UPS seem especially hot on billing customs clearance charges.

Anyone any idea where to purchase Neil‘s sweater? It‘s not available in the PSB store.

Has just arrived in the official store -- at a rather expensive £85!

Noticing something with the merch store. It's rather unfortunate.
It seems there are 3 different web stores, with varied items. Essentially there's the good one with everything and 2 lesser web stores.

It's easier to explain with URLs.
The main link to the webstore is https://lnk.to/psb-smash
Which checks your region and directs you accordingly.
For me in Australia it directs to the Warner site.
Which is https://store.warnermusic.com.au/collec ... -shop-boys
This site has a rather limited range, it hasn't been getting updated with new merch items such as the Japan range or Obscure range. And there have been concerns that items from here aren't the same level of quality as the real store.

When the Obscure tickets were on sale, preorders for Volume weren't available on the Warner store and the link on the OS would only direct there. I discovered if you go directly to the UK store, you get the whole range. I normally go to it from web searching 'pet shop boys shop', so the URL is:
https://shop.petshopboys.co.uk/

This is how I managed to order Obscure Merch when it became available.
Again, this is the superior and "real" webstore. The original before it branched off.

Anyway, today they've posted a shortlink
https://wmg.lnk.to/psb-since1984-collection
Which if you're in the "wrong" region goes to a strange incomplete webstore with only the 'pethead' merch, 2 items.

From today, if we try to go to https://shop.petshopboys.co.uk/ from the wrong region it now redirects. Not to Warner though, to https://usstore.petshopboys.co.uk/
Which looks a lot like the UK store, but is missing the latest merchandise including Since 1984 and Obscure. So, many users clicking the advertised shortlink are being directed to https://usstore.petshopboys.co.uk/ which simply doesn't have the merch advertised.
And again, we can't even trick the system by going to https://shop.petshopboys.co.uk/

It's only after installing a VPN that I can access to the full range of items.
Though I've since noticed, we can just change the currency to access the complete range and in turn the https://shop.petshopboys.co.uk/ link.

So they've made some changes and now it's even harder to access the merch. I'm assuming those in the UK where the links were tested have no issue. For me in Australia I see placeholder "Example product title" t-shirts which can't be purchased.

What a mess!
Basically, just change the currency to GBP £ if you're outside the UK.
And if you're getting the Warner store, use the updated shortlink or go directly to https://shop.petshopboys.co.uk/

It's a pity it's like this, because a lot of people won't figure this out.
Also just to state the obvious, orders from the UK site can be shipped worldwide despite there being separate dedicated web stores for other regions.

By the way, a remark more oriented to the thread. I wonder if they'll do Obskur merch. I highly suspect there will be. Obviously whoever sees it on the night can hopefully snap a picture to post here to quell our curiosity! (Or in the Obskur thread, but the forum regardless)

It is a fiasco. I bookmarked the UK webstore on my phone and computer browsers so if a new announcement pops up, I use it rather than the links they have provided in the message.

Thanks for the pro tip.

Same here.
Redirected to italian webstore, you can't find most of the merchandising and official releases.
Much better the UK webstore.

   Thank you for your service! The business of changing the currency to GBP is a new development then, because that one's been stumping me for weeks - I could never get out of WMG US hell and had to use the direct UK link. But yes, it's still a work in progress.

Following the Annually order debacle, the US store had the audacity to write and ask what I thought of their customer service. I was not rude... but I was very honest.
For your own good, call me tonight.

I was a little more curt with my review of their service. I pulled all of my purchase and shipping documents for as far back as I could go. I counted every dollar spent and every day of shipping, starting with release date to receipt of items. Yes, it probably was over the top and will yield no results. But they asked, I responded, and I feel better!
