AmazonUS Update
Received today a partial shipment 1 of 2 copies ordered with a refund for the undelivered copy.
Upon placing a new order, there was a pop-up stating a maximum quantity of 1 per transaction.
Shot in the fatal cause 'of frock-and-droll'

Well, that's annoying. Just checked my order and it now says that instead of coming tomorrow, Vol 2 should be here sometime between this Saturday and Monday (25-27). Fingers crossed! :pray: :pray: :pray:
